This study is about the development and evaluation of PRIGEL, a WIL model implemented to improve internship quality for students in Indonesia. PRIGEL was developed using the ADDIE framework and structures the internship into three stages: pre-internship training, workplace integration with dual supervision, and post-internship evaluation. The authors found that students, experts, and industry mentors viewed PRIGEL as practical and useful for addressing common internship issues like poor coordination and unclear procedures, while supporting students' collaborative competence and professional readiness.
