What We Do
The WIL Accelerator brings together universities, employers, and EdTech partners to design, test, and scale hands-on learning that connects classrooms to the world of work.
Our work happens across three spaces — The Institute, The Resource Hub, and The Network — where ideas turn into action and collaboration becomes impact.
The Institute
A collaborative space where universities, employers, and EdTech partners design and test innovative WIL models.
The Resource Hub
Open-access tools, frameworks, and case studies that make it easier to embed WIL at scale.
The Network
Through webinars, live sessions, and collaborative events, we bring together educators, employers, and innovators who are shaping the future of learning.
Impact in Action
Scaling impact, together.
higher ed institutions in The Institute
Our cohort of higher education institutions came together for the first national WIL Accelerator convening to define the opportunities ahead for work-integrated learning. Over two days of collaboration, they mapped the challenges, shared insights, and began laying the groundwork for new models they would take back to their campuses, setting the stage for a national movement in career-connected learning.
